You can expand Jira issues in private messages and DMs using the expand Jira issue action.
What to know:
- You can use the Expand Jira Issues action anywhere within Slack.
- The bot does not need to be invited to the channel to use this feature
Expanding Issues
- Click on a message in Slack.
- Choose the action Expand Jira Issues.
- View the threaded reply to view the issue information.
