Auto expand Jira issues when mentioned in Slack

One of the easiest ways to prevent context switching is increasing awareness by automatically expanding Jira issues when they are mentioned in Slack.
What to know:
- You need to invite the bot to your channel to use this feature.
- You can configure if the bot responds as a message in the channel or a threaded reply.
- New users will be asked to connect their Slack and Jira accounts to view issue details.
Issue expansion in channel
- Make sure you invite the bot to your channel.
- Send a message in Slack that includes one or more Jira issue keys.
Issue expansion in thread
- Make sure you invite the bot to your channel.
- Send a message in Slack that includes one or more Jira issue keys.
Configure message or thread reply type
- Type /jira-plus configure
- Choose the Response Mode you want to use in this channel.
Global configuration
- Login to your account
- Go to Settings under Jira Integration+
- Select your default response preference
- Ticket mention - when users mention Jira issue
- Search & Action - when users search for jira issues and run commands with the bot.
- Click the Save button.
