As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best service possible, we are making some changes to increase performance and security and updating our static IP addresses as part of the migration.
How this effects you:
- Do you use a firewall in front of your Jira Instance?
- If No - ✅ no changes are required
- If Yes - update your firewall and add our new IP addresses
What are the new IP addresses:
Public IP for our European (Germany) Services:
- 18.194.94.46
Public IPs for our US Services:
- 54.83.165.114
- 34.236.19.214
- 52.6.115.168
